The Grand

This has to be the worst managed Duane Reade there is. There is never anyone around to help check out. It says they close at 10pm but they randomly decide to close 20 min early all the time. I just tried going at 935 and was told they were closed even though the sign clearly says they close at 10.

It's Near my apartment,very convenient.

Took almost 10 minutes for someone to come with a key to unlock the case containing nasal spray...and why do they even lock up nasal spray? Otherwise, the cashier at check out was very nice and friendly.

I go into this Duane Reade all the time but today the manager looked at my wife and I and just started following us around and he wasn't even trying to hide it . This was so uncomfortable . I will never step foot in that store ever again . I will call the number on the receipt

so this location is following the trend of others, eliminating their variety of stock to make space for food and a handful of high-end Name cosmetics. I'm a man with fairly basic product needs; each time I go to stock up, there's less and less. Today I went for 3 items they used to ALWAYS have in abundance--no longer.

I give 5 stars because Svetlana helped me so much. I’m Spanish and this was my first time asking for medicine in the USA. I had troubles with my insurance and she helped me with it. I very appreciate. It was a pleasure been so well treated.
