The Greek Olive

Though I no longer live in the New Haven area and dine here less frequently, I always enjoy a meal here when I am in New Haven. Today, we had another wonderful breakfast at the Greek Olive. The french toast, eggs, bacon, and home fries were superb. The coffee was fresh and hot. Service was excellent as it always is. They also feature great lunch food too including sandwiches, burgers, salads, etc. They also have a wonderful bakery case when you walk in the restaurant so even if you are full after a great meal, you can purchase something great to take home for later. The restaurant is always clean, offers a great value, and service. The only shortcoming might be that parking can sometimes be a challenge. If you are in NH especially if you are going to the Long Wharf Theater or Ikea, consider coming here for some great food you will be pleased.

Food is delicious, the soup was awesome. The chicken wings were fried too much. The lasagna was delicious!

Don’t even waste your time. I called at 9:15 to place an order, and she told me they’re already closing the kitchen. She confirmed their closing time to be 10, and again she said - we’re already closing the kitchen. 😡😡

Great quality food! You can make it a Saturday night out and sit in the bar or Saturday am breakfast in the diner area. Gluten free bread and almond milk for allergies. You can join their point club too. Love it!

The food is great, went for a baby shower and the staff was very nice, they kelp things in order and clean...
