WOW!!!! My new favorite place. Absolutely the best I have had in a long time. Every single dish was amazing. Really tasty delicious food. Excellent service as well. We'll be back very soon. Highly recommend.

Good set menu options for lunch. A soup or salad with a main for 15 is not bad. Simple flavors and presentation.

Toto serves authentic exquisite Italian food because their owner and chef are authentic Italians. Their story is a beautiful one from being childhood friends in Pulgia Italy all the way to CT. Their success was no surprise.... from the service, to the generous portions, quality ingredients and passion nella cucina. Auguri Antonio e Vincenzo.
