The Gryphon

Excellent atmosphere and service. For being short staffed with 3 people on the front end, they did an excellent job. We had a classic burger and the Gryphon burger..... BEST BURGERS EVER!!!! Perfectly cooked and delicious!!! I can't wait to return!!!

What a great place. The food, cocktails as well as service were fantastic. The pork schnitzel sandwich was great and the grits with scallops and shrimp awesome. The sesame tuna with Asian slaw was fantastic. Highly recommend. We'll be back....

Small place with interesting menu choices. Our waiter was very attentive.

All I will say is the chowder was amazing but the steak was far far below par. When I told the server she made every effort to make things right. I will give this place another try and hope this is just a one off.

The food was good, bar is neat, service was good. Could have been 4 stars but menu is a bit limited. Drinks were good.

Traveling and went in around 7:00pm. Plenty of tables for 2 or 4. Bar was full. Rude young hostess said the only thing she had was the sofa and coffee table. Seemed perfectly fine for a couple of two but one person sitting on a sofa eating is pretty insulting.

Pretty good food and drinks, american food with a little of their own flair.
