The Halal Corner

This is one of my favorite places in Austin. The food is always fresh, tasty, and quick! The only issue I have is with one of the cashiers who takes the to-go orders not being particularly friendly, as well as the stuff they show on the TVs in there. It would be so much better without the TVs altogether.

Spectacular Mediterranean cuisine. Casual sit down environment with a quick turn around from order to plated food (5-15 minutes depending on what you order.) Have dined there countless times and plan to return. Also try their sister restaurant, Kismet Cafe which has a very similar if not identical menu and same quality food.

I love this place! I come about every week to get their veggie supreme wrap, which is a falafel wrap++++ the roasted cauliflower and their sauces elevate it above any others in the city. You really get the impression that the owner cares very much for his customers, even going so far as to post his personal email address in the restaurant. I also enjoy the mint-lemonade.

Great foods and fair prices. We love this place and whenever we are at Austin's, we go there for food.
