The Halal Guys

1:30am on an early Thursday morning (Wed night?) she went out of her way to make our late night meal exceptional. She was fabulous - whoever you are, can you please be by waitress at all the restaurants we visit in the forever future? Also the food amazing - When we move, we’re going to miss Halal Guys!

Hmm honestly I couldn’t wait to try the food here but it leaves a lot to be desired.. I mean you can’t go wrong with rice lettuce and tomatoes but something was definitely off with the chicken. It didn’t taste right and it made me think that it wasn’t really chicken. Idk I’ll stick to the independently owned food trucks that serve the same kind of food, way better

So my fiancé and I always ran here as our go-to for a quick bite. Tonight, we went there for the last time. As we sat down to eat and had a few bites, my fiancé literally pulled a staple out of his mouth. I brought it to the staffs attention but the girl behind the counter started laughing and asked me to give her a second. I’m sorry, but what’s so funny about possibly swallowing a staple? The young man behind the counter was extremely apologetic and had told me that the girl went to speak to a manager. The girl ends up coming back out without the manager and says sorry, I’ll bring you a new platter. I clearly did not want a new platter at this point, I wanted to speak to her manager who refused to come out and confront the situation. If I could give zero stars I would, and I would not recommend this spot.

Really great service. I went straight lunch time and they were very busy but moved through the people efficiently. The Falafel was very delicious and I loved the spicy sauces that they had to add to the bowl.

Not the best and as good as the original NYC hala carts, but overall its ok! They give you less compared to the NYC location i go to and more pricey. Staff was nice but he seem very distracted bcus he asked us the same question over and over again about our order, when we already told him numerous times (at least 4 times) what we want. Not good for business..very unprofessional imo!
