The Halal Guys

Finally gave Halal guys a try! As a middle easterner, I'm not easily impressed with levantine restaurants, but this place is not bad at all. I went for the gyros/chicken combo platter; it's good. The white sauce has a mayo-like taste, not exactly the best middle eastern sauce I've had, but it does compliment the dish to some degree. Service is quick, but street parking can be a hassle.

With a lot of halal style food in the area I was expecting good - but definitely I got great! Food was hot and fresh - well seasoned and so good!was met with many smiles from behind the counter which made it all the more…spicier!

Placed an order online on 12/11/22 for an 9:18pm pickup. Upon arriving in the empty restaurant no one wanted to acknowledge that I was even there even though I said hello multiple times to all three employees up front. I finally got one of the employees to actually acknowledge me who then turned to the others to ask if my order was ready. I was then told it was being worked on. I ordered a small platter with extra protein, and no lettuce. This is the mess I got. Completely wrong order and no extra protein on top of the poor service.

My favorite restaurant to go to when I was attending Rutgers. Food is still is great as ever and is promptly made and served. Had a beef platter with a mango tea and everything was delicious. Make sure you find parking, it can be a hassle

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. This place deserves ZERO stars. We Ordered three gyros, a platter and PAID for extra white saucein addition to the sauce that come with the meals. My order arrived with NO SAUCE at all. The fact that i paid extra on each meal to receive more sauce and not get 1 drop is crazy. I then called to inform them about the error and the guy that answered the phone didn’t apologies the only words were “call in the morning when the manager is here” then he hung up the phone. Very unprofessional staff, extremely disappointed. I will no longer order from this place. Food is super dry without the sauce and the lettuce taste old. Can’t even eat it.

Food is excellent! Setting is nice and sanitary,But, some of the workers need a lesson in courtesy and if possible a pair hearing aid or two. Beyond the faults, it's a nice place to grab a good meal.Food: 4/5

Great food and customer service. Management is very nice and understandable. Anytime I come here my food is made quickly, always hot, and well prepared. Looking for a quick eat, this is the place :

The food box you get here is always half empty. The regular is like a small and a small is more like a kid menu.

I was helped by Abdul,Kia, and DeShawn straight service with a smile. I was greeted from the moment I entered the establishment. Treated me like family and enjoyed some laughs. I will definitely be back to see them. Thank you the food was amazing !!! Parking: Never have a problem finding parking right in front. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp in and out of establishment.
