Lied about product. What if it had been harmful? These workers.. well, I have never met someone in the service industry more rude! I work in Consumer Affairs and even on my worst day I would never treat a person with such distaste and disrespect. When I asked to speak w/ a manager or even just another employee I was told no and hung up on! Then I called back and he said the manager was not there- then he said he was the manager and owner. His name was Baracham*. They gave out incorrect product information just to make a sell and then did not return the product even though they would still keep their money by returning the product to the company. Avoid like the plague.
