I have shopped at this location for years and I just had my final experience there. They’ve got more security guards than Afghanistan, and they’re boxing up used items and selling them as new and everything is under lock and key because of the theft problems that they have there, which is prevalent. Just getting Batteries requires an employee to come and unlock the padlocks. in the future, I’ll be shopping at locations that don’t cater to criminals.

They only have basic stuff. Not what one needs to fix anything.. I was in this store 7 times, looking for different small parts.  Special type of bolt, or screw, or a pipe fitting, or such I will never go back. I am shopping at Ace or True Value. From now on. Because if they do not have it. They WILL get it for you. And, they had every part I was looking for. And hire experienced people who actually help you.

Such a huge store you can get lost easily. Luckily the staff is pretty quick to help you out when you can find someone.... Sometimes that's not always easy to do but eventually, with patience and asking a few different customers if they've seen a worker anywhere, you'll find someone who can then page the right person for the area you're actually needing assistance in. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I just wish they had more of them floating around to help when needed. Especially during this holiday time of year. But they're great and knowledgeable. Even if they aren't 100% sure of the answers to your questions, they'll double check and ask another associate so you know 100% what you're being told is correct. They even helped me load my truck without me asking which was very much appreciated 'cause I had a lot of large pieces of wood to get loaded up.

Less than 1 star. Worst. Customer. Service ever! One employee refused to help, it’s not his department. Unwilling to call someone else over to help. Another one couldn’t find the item they are supposed to have 2 of, and then reluctant to even look through the locked shelf. Incompetent and lazy employees. If they worked for me, they’d be fired on the spot.

Home Depot is not like before I am a customer for over 5 years and I used to get good customer service.  last week when I want to store no want to be interesting to help me. I was Baggie them to show me the staffs. I also ordered staff and the Chasers told me they will deliver by the next day but they weren’t.  I was waiting for them for three days and they email me and Pretend it look like they show up at my house and the person was underage and they didn’t Unload my stuff this is a big liar!!! Because I don’t have a family number under 18 live in my house and I am the one waiting then. When I talked to customer service she hang up the phone on me.

I've had multiple issues at this home Depot. Usually the customer service representatives do not know as much as they should know. But every now and then I run into someone competent and friendly. Usually I just go to a different location for more important things.

Not sure why there was so many products missing.  A representative helped me find the AFCI breaker I needed unbelievably fast though in the upper overstock area..

They get two stars because we only found one decent employee to help us. Everyone else was rude or ignored us. The man in the picture was especially rude and raised his voice at my autistic son for not being in the right line instead of just asking. There shouldn’t be a need to be so rude and loud. I get that people are underpaid and understaffed but this isn’t an excuse.

Its in a good shopping area, lots of security inside and out. Target is a few doors down, liquor store close by, banks restaurants.  Good shopping area when you leave Home Depot

If something is locked behind a cage you're better off just ordering online from another store preferably.  Do not expect any useful help or even just bare-minimum service here.
