The products they sell are very nice however the prices being changed unexpectedly after checking online going to the store and finding the price to not match is a bit irritating. Having the cashier State the phrase I'll see you when you have 10 more dollars and brush you off as if you're not important to them is also a bit inappropriate. Though they have only four stars for me it was three it's gone up. And here are some photos for it too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Any time I have been there, the store has been close to empty. The employees helped me throughout my shopping experience. Not knowing what exactly it was that I needed. I was able to vaguely explain the item and she took me right to the tool I needed. The prices are fantastic, they are open till 8:00. And the store is neat, tidy and clean.

Store is decent, as always good prices and staff is welcoming. but outside of a store on the parking lot is pretty ran down, with homeless camp right at the sidewalk.

They have a decent generalized cheaper end of tools. Although their generators made by" predator" are pretty awesome. Staff is kinda rude at times. At least the lady I spoke to ... "Excuse me are you talking to me?" She stated condescendingly and almost appalled that I had a question. I twisted my question and she pointed me in the general direction for what I needed. Clean bathrooms. Although the light will shut off on you if you are not quick enough to vacate.

I love harbor freight, you can't beat their hand tools, lights and well all kinds of stuff! For electric power tools buy the warranty. It's worth it.

This store has the best management period,I walked out leaving a full cart in the milwaukie store came to this location the following day ,and they actually loaded my supplies into my vehicle,was there again today same service put my transmission Jack in my truck didn't even ask

I was looking on Google for where I could go locally right now to buy a leash/cable & cork screw set for my dogs, the cheapest I was seeing was $19.99 at Petsmart vs. like $30 at Petco. Was in the range I was expecting I guess...... but good thing I kept scrolling down a little ways, bcuz I saw that Harbor Freight has an 18" corkscrew for only $3.50 and the cable/leash part for like $7 was able to go to my closest location right then, and they had both pieces I needed available in stock!! Of course you can't expect to go into Harbor Freight for that one thing you needed and expect to walk out with just that one thing.....we all know this....like, "still have some at home, but this super glue 3pk is only $1.50! so I better get one it's such a good deal!" or "wow I definitely need this fly swatting electric tennis racket for only $2.99 it's such a good deal!" etc The only reason I say 3 stars is bcuz they got rid of their paper coupons and moved all of their "coupons" to online..... except the "coupons" they have online aren't even coupons they're just advertisements for different products........ ? ? I want to go back to the good days where everytime I go to Harbor Freight I bring my "20% off entire purchase Super Coupon" and my "Free AA batteries with any purchase" or my "Free flashlight light switch with any purchase"...... Harbor Freight will never get my 5 stars until they bring back REAL COUPONS

This has got to be one of the largest harbor freights that I’ve been to and although the rough neighborhood and activities going on in and right outside the parking lot the store inside is very clean and nice and the employees very nice and helpful… we didn’t trust to leave the car unattended in the parking lot tho so we took turns going inside!!

First one Harbor Freight opened up I was Affy about it hey but now tools I love their tools you know this location on 82nd really enjoy coming here I am always coming here and purchasing tools but there's one negative about this location every time I have a a few items or a cart with items and I'm walking by the door in my mind I'm going to the or getting ready to go to the cashier and pay but I'm walking by the door and I hate this this happens almost every time like the workers and all the people around there they're like getting ready thinking I'm going to run out to chase me or something like this is really getting annoying unprofessional a bad Judgment of character
