This place was great for booth seating which I loved and the food was great as well. I got the burrata salad which was so fresh and divine and had peaches in it which I thought was a really wonderful touch. Service was amazing and they were very attentive with our drinks and anything else that we needed. They kept refilling our tea pot with hot water which I really appreciate it. My friend and I who hadn’t seen each other in a long time had such a great time here and it was a wonderful place to reconnect. I highly recommend this place.
Came for a quick visit and only had one day and one meal in Boston and I can honestly say I am SO glad we chose to eat here. We both got the clam chowder and a lobster roll. Both were absolutely delicious. The clam chowder had so much flavor! The lobster roll had huge pieces of lobster and was so fresh. It wasn’t heavy on the mayo like at some places. Quite possibly the best one I’ve ever had. The restaurant is really cute and has a nice vibe. Loved having a cozy booth. Highly recommend this place!
We went here for lunch and ordered chicken sandwich and lobster roll with a side of hush puppies. The sandwich was good and the lobster roll was delicious with the most generous amount of lobster. The oyster bar was really clean and organized. It has various selections of oysters and clams. We tried a few oysters and they tasted fresh and the presentation was excellent. Would go back here again. I recommend to try this place jn town.
The scallops here are delicious and come with vegetables. We also liked the cod. The Caesar salad was okay. You’ll need to request anchovies on top you like Caesar salad with anchovies. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Service was just okay.
Jay our server was awesome! Drinks here are super cute & different. Really enjoyed the may flowers & they had a fantastic variety of oysters! The only thing I will say is who’s idea was it to put lentils under the salmon… what the heck lol! Haha, either way had an amazing time & all the food was amazing.
They deserve a ten star rating! Fabulous service, excellent bartending skills. Oysters, clam chowder, muscles, lobster roll…wow!!! All amazingly delicious and presented beautifully!! A great find, great prices…a must try! I’ll be back!! Thank you!!
One of the best meals we’ve had in Boston so far. We got the salmon and the seared scallops, along with the lobster bisque for a starter. Drinks were phenomenal caipiroska and an old fashioned and the service was quick. Couldn’t ask for more from a nice restaurant in a great location off of Harvard Square.Recommended dishesLobster Bisque
Came here for lunch with a party of 4. We got the oyster sampler, clam chowder, lobster bisque, sword fish tacos and lobster mac and cheese. Really enjoyed the clam chowder and lobster mac and cheese. Although, I think the mac and cheese was a little oversalted. But there were sooo many chunks of lobster in it and the portion was big enough for 2 people and kept us so full for hours after. The service was very friendly. Prices were fair. Location is very convenient. Would not hesitate to return to try other items.
This is our go to oyster place in Harvard square. They always offer a good variety of oysters and the menu updates quite often. The best part is they have a lot of dinning tables so we never have to wait. The price was reasonable as their oyster was always pretty fresh. Each oyster is about $3.5 or a dozen ~$33. Besides oysters, they also have a nice raw bar and a good variety of food menu. It’s a nice neighborhood restaurant to grab lunch or dinner.
We went for dinner and ordered four starter dishes + beers for two poeple and everything was perfect. The right amount of food, different types of seafood, each in a special preparation, all delicious. If I had to say something negative, I would say the tacos didn't stand out and were too dry. The restaurant is really nice inside, fancy but not too fancy. The waitress was awesome. We had an excellent night.
