We arrived in a Monday for my sons surgery and immediately encountered David. David was awesome and super friendly who went above and beyond. He helped us with the bags and was very knowledgeable with the area. He was able to answer all of our questions and very courteous.

Very handy to my doctor at Dana Farber. Food court has a good variety of food. Thank you for helping me afford a night or more at the hospital rate.

Very friendly, room was very nice and exceptionally clean. Dinner from room service was excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

Very cozy. Some noise from the street, but expected give that there are several hospitals surrounding the hotel.
