Great selection of fabric and very helpful employees. Emma greeted us and helped me select some fabric for my Mother’s couch. My Mother lives in Florida and Emma researched how much it would cost for them to mail her the fabric. Amanda helped my husband, he has been texting with her this past week, he is looking for padded vinyl for a table to use for poker and board games. These are both going to be Christmas presents. We live in Mooresville, NC and worth the drive, huge selection and top notch customer service. Can’t wait to come back again.

I've been to this store several times but have since been purchased by another company. My visit on 7/20/2022 was met by a super friendly Sales Associate, Joshua. He was helpful without hovering and allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for. He also introduced me to the Manager who was also friendly and engaging. The customer service was A+. The fabric selection is fantastic! And the prices are better than all of the box stores even with their occasional discounts. This will be my go-to store for all of my home decor fabric needs. My pillow covers and shams turned out great!

So I love this place for wide selection of upholstery fabrics. And ladies that work here are very nice and helpful and have great knowledge about fabrics so definitely will help to find a perfect match. And their prices are awesome, you can find some great stuff here and very affordable.

They had the material I needed in-store, nothing had to be sourced, and I left that day with everything I needed - and the project turned out amazing! May of 2021 I ordered some upholstery fabric. Unfortunately due to Covid we could not get the fabric. Amanda called me 8 months later to let me know she had found the fabric in California and if I was still interested in it that she would be glad to order it for me. That is what I call customer service! And yes I ordered the fabric!

We went in to purchase fabric for 2 chairs, expecting a very difficult decision process. Elise greeted us, looked at a swatch of other fabric from the same room, picture of the rug and chairs. She then took us to the aisle of colors we needed. Elise left us to shop and told us to call her with questions. When we narrowed the selection to 2 fabrics, she came and helped us make the final call. She cut the fabric, wound it on a roll, wrapped it in plastic and sent us on our way. Very pleasant and satisfying experience! I highly recommend Interior Alternative, its fabric selection and friendly and helpful staff!

A very wide selection of fabrics available at different price ranges. A comfortable, bright atmosphere that is easy to spend some time looking for exactly the right fabric. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. I always find what I am looking for and more!

I chose this place for fabric because it was open earlier than all the others near me. SO GLAD I went, because I've never had such a positive experience at a fabric store. I had to bring my 2 toddlers with me, and they didn't even want to leave the kids corner when I finally went to check out! I spent way under budget, their sale rack is full of variety at great lengths and awesome prices. The sales associates were so professional, very helpful, and kind to me. This is now my #1 choice for fabrics. I'll be going back here when I need material to make curtains again, soon!

I saved for a long time to be able to recover my chair. This store was recommended by the upholstery repair person. Very disappointed. The fabric is pitting all over. A 500 dollar waste. I am editing my review. The manager has offered to replace all 12 yards of fabric and even allotted me to spend 4.00 a yard more in my selection. Thank you
