The Ivy

The Ivy is the PERFECT home away from home! You immediately feel at HOME the moment you walk into the door. The amenities are topnotch. The staff is extremely welcoming, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. They are always willing to accommodate your needs. The ambiance is warm, elegant and tidy. The apartment facilities and actual apartment and living space is luxurious! Your home is in prime area and is in close proximity to anywhere in the city. Everything you ever need is in close proximity. I couldn't live anywhere else. There really is NO place like The Ivy! Honestly, I couldn't think of a more perfect place to live!

I love living at The Ivy! You can tell how much time they put into choosing a talented team; no issue goes unheard or unattended. Nicole has been outstanding the past few months since she took over as the assistant manager at the ivy; any time something is needed, I know I can go to her, and it will be resolved in a professional, understanding, and prompt manner. Keep up the splendid work guys!

I don’t have any bad things to say about The Ivy. I’ve lived here since late last year. I’m so happy my girl Nicole started working here recently. She’s the best and always takes care of me. She used to work at my last building and was amazing there too. The Ivy should be glad to have her. Hands down the best.

My husband and I currently have our home on the market and looking for a place to live. The Ivy is absolutely beautiful! We met with Nicole and she was so nice and friendly. She showed us an amazing apartment facing the park. We immediately fell in love. We can’t wait to live at The Ivy! Thanks again Nicole!!

My husband and I recently relocated to Houston and visited The Ivy. We just sold our home and are looking to move closer to family. Nicole showed us around and we were blown away! The apartments were beautiful. The amenities, especially the pool looking over downtown Houston was incredible. We aren't quite sure what side of town we want to live yet, but The Ivy is definitely at the top of our list!

Amanda was kind, warm and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile and guided us through an amazing tour of the Ivy. She knew residents names, which showed us she cares and we’d be more than just another face at the property. She was so good at her job we almost increased our budget which would allow us to lease an apartment. Sadly, we chose a more affordable option but we really appreciate our time with Amanda and the Ivy.

It's been a really good experience living here so far. The staff and specially concierge is very nice and helpful. And from the Management Team, Nicole is literally THE BEST! she is so friendly, warm and professional. She always addresses any concerns or inquiries and also has stayed overtime helping me solve an issue I encountered.

I’m so happy I took a last minute tour of The Ivy! I looked at a few other highrises nearby and nothing compared to the upscale elegance The Ivy provides. Adrianna was an absolute pleasure, she was warm, funny and genuinely assessed my needs for my next home. Moving back to Houston from Dallas has been a bit stressful and she was able to make the process much lighter. Overall the neighborhood, the building and staff of The Ivy makes it quite unbeatable!

All I can say is WOW. The staff has been accommodating since day 1 and always nice! The maintenance is always completed in a timely manner. If for any reason my work order cannot be done, they usually let me know. With apartment living, this is my favorite property yet. The amenities are great and I LOVE my closet. Honestly my favorite thing is my tub IN my shower. Luxury at it's finest.

The first few weeks of living at The Ivy Park Place Apartment were great. However as soon I started having problems hearing the next door neighbors being loud all night long even though this wasn't allowed by policy, nothing was done about it even after complaining often with multiple emails and phone calls. Office staff was rude and not helpful or even concern with any of my issues. It is very disappointing because of the amount of money I pay to get this quality of living here. The lack of sleep is now effecting my work and health and nothing is still done about this.
