Management should look at the video. Date 02/04/2023 Time open. 9:00am. Why did 2 customers walk in and walk out within 5 min? Just a suggestion. When opening; it would be nice to greet guess. Also, make guests feel welcome. It only takes 2 seconds to say be with you in a minute. When guests ask questions, please respond in a pleasant manner. The young lady today seems to be having a ruff start to her day, but my party did not do anything to get ignored. We walked up to the bar once she removed the 2 stands blocking the entrance. She made no eye contact or any attempt to say hello. Once seated at the bar, she kept her back to my party of 2. We waited a little to ask a question. Did not know the young ladies name, so I addressed her a Ma'ma. She did not respond, so I figured she did not hear me. So I repeated to attempt to get her attention, and she finally acknowledged that I was at the bar by letting me know she was busy moving bottles at the bar. It was not very professional. I only ask that management look at the footage because I'm sure ownership would not be happy. I would get it if I was aggressive or nasty, but I just left. There is no need to spend money where I'm not wanted. Thank you.
Terrible service. Boyfriend orders a few beers as we waited for delayed flight. I just wanted water. 8 open seats. I was told I have to buy a drink or I can't sit down. I asked for a nonalcoholic drink and was told I had to leave. This occurred on December 30th, 2022 at around 4pm. Then as I'm walking away I hear server gossiping to other customers. Smh
Lady working the bar asked my boyfriend to hang and she'd be right back cause she had to get ice. She then proceeded to ignore us waiting and currently has gotten 6 people who had walked up after us. She then told my boyfriend it's going to be another minute so she can get ANOTHER man's drink. Yep...horrible service Just a quick edit, after 30 minutes and cold food, we got our drinks. She also then proceeded to flirt with him for tip
Instead of helping my wife and I, the bartender chose to check her social media at work awesome. What lack of respect and care for customers.
Stopped in here for a beer, the price for one draft beer did not attract me stay longer. I understand location, yes it is in the airport, however that is no reason to overcharge your customers. There were five people in here the entire hour I was there, tons of people walking by but walking in this place. There is another bar closer to the B gates that is much cheaper.
This is a small little bar in the airport. They are friendly with great drink options. Okay prices for an airport. However, their menu indicated the only food options they offered were the Wendy's next door. I didn't bother sitting down. Why have a delicious $16 margarita with a cheap burger. I walked a bit further and just had coffee and a tasty panini at Starbucks, instead. If alcohol is a must and you don't want to walk, this is your place.
Great customer service!!! Because of the COVID 19 regulations and the Governor's lockdown. They close at 7pm. Because of my long layover, I had to apologize many customers that wanted a quick drink. It is not my job to apologize in coming customer who wants a drink because I am a customer from Colorado waiting. Las Vegas, known to long hours of opening, this bar should be open longer. I am just saying...I am giving 5 star for the worker but lower stars for Nevada State
I ordered the Patty Melt it was VERY GOOD, the server was just a very natural/honest friendly women, and attentive to EVERYONE!
Traveling from New York to meet w my girlfriends 3 hrs time waiting for girlfriends and the old bartender was extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this bar to anybody, then I complained with the bartender lady and she completely ignore my complain I guess the old guy is the boss and she didn’t want to say anything while he was around. However she was very polite when she was serving my drink.
after my drink and food was delivered I waited for the waiter/ bartender to come back for over an hour before I had to wave my arms for another drink. Bar is half empty, only 2 tables occupied. I would have spent double the money if he would have paid me any attention.
