I pay a significant amount of money each year to access the United Club and over the years I have noticed that the quality of food seems to get worse and worse. While I appreciate the space away from the crowd, the amenities seem to be of lower and lower quality each year. The club in Las Vegas had very little by way of nutritious food, offering some vegetable soup and white bread, some apples that had more wax than apple and some chips. Very disapointed.
First time at the United club here in Vegas. Smaller than the ones in LA and SF, but decent quality. To be honest food here is better than SFO United lounge.
The staff here is so accommodating and fabulous. Everyone is so sweet and eager to help if you need something extra. Very, very clean and definitely designed to induce relaxation - I dozed off right there in one of those puffy leather chairs. The bartender, the bussers, the front door hostess, the buffet tenders; everyone was just so wonderful; I actually enjoyed my four hour flight delay.
Beware: Founding lifetime members of United Club are no longer welcome at United Club, unless flying United, purportedly since 2019 when United changed the club rules to say members must be flying only United Air to access the club. How absurd to exclude original founding members from United Club access unless flying on United. What kind of club contract can change like that? Anyone agree or disagree? United should explain. I want my money refunded for starters plus an apology. Anyone else agree or disagree?
Great experience there. So happy they open at 4:30 a.m. Had a 6 a.m. flight.
Complete waste of time and money. You could get better, tastier snacks at a gas station. The food service areas were filthy, unstocked and lounge staff were standing around talking doing nothing about it. I've flown on United and been to many United clubs over the last 35 years... worst I have ever seen.
Awesome. Bartender very friendly. Snacks are good. Hot tea lots of choices. Staff is awesome....
As far as United Club lounges are concerned, this one had a better than usual selection of food. Combine this with observant staff, no crowds unlike "The Club at LAS" which gives access to Priority Pass holders, a jolly good chinwag with a fellow Canuck and you have one of United's better lounges. A pleasant surprise!
Great place to stop and rest before a flight. Good food. Drinks are good.
Hard to find seating at times. The food options are improving and service at the bar is good.
