I’ve only interacted w/ Brittany and Michael, and mostly Michael. Overall the entire staff is friendly, helpful and respectful. Brittany was friendly and I felt at ease when interacting with her from day 1. Michael was the star of the show. He was patient with me from day one and went above and beyond to ensure moving in was as easy as possible. When he showed me apartments I caught glimpses of him taking pictures and filling out maintenance requests on his phone for anything maintenance needed to be aware of. That was where he won me over. It wasn’t just a 9-5. He took pride in the residence and pride in the upkeep. He was proactive in problem solving and in all my years of renting I never saw someone proactively upkeep the place. That was where he built my trust and won me over. I knew just based on that, that I was going to lease a unit. Sometimes customer service is a deal breaker over the product/service and in this case it was. On the move in day, I couldn’t find my keys and I called Michael, this was right after closing time and he came back to the apartment building to try and see how we could resolve it. Luckily, I found the keys. Michael went above and beyond by going back and making sure the loading dock opened for the moving truck. This was all after closing hours. Moving into the city I was not expecting the parking issues/garages. Michael looked up the parking authorities website and provided it to me so that I could choose a parking garage. He couldn’t give me a specific garage but the fact he pointed me in the right direction showed his level of care for his residents and prospects. That was my entire experience with Michael from start to finish and he never switched up after I signed the lease. These are things I look for in a leasing agent/consultant and he set the standards high and anyone else has big shoes to fill because he was just that awesome!
I lived at the Lenore for 2+ years. Management and maintenance team were always responsive and friendly. Any issues that I had were quickly addressed. The building was clean, no issues with cleanliness. Rent and utilities were very reasonable, as compared to other apartments in Baltimore. My reason for moving had nothing to do with the building, but the location Downtown Baltimore. Cons: parking garage is expensive and it across the street. I would not always receive notifications that my packages were delivered. Overall, I would highly recommend the Lenore, especially if you work close.
Been at the Lenore for almost 2 years and I absolutely LOVE it! First off, the building is absolutely beautiful and is in a very central and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When you meet Steven, the assistant property manager, you will fall in love with him. He is so friendly, funny and informative. Terresina was the property manager when we first arrived and she was great. The new property manager, Mary has been awesome at handling any issues that we’ve had with our apartment. You can expect at least 1 on most days both members of the management team in their office every single day. Also, both Mary and Steven are very responsive to emails and are always quick to take action. Tony and Henry are the maintenance men of the building and not only are they friendly but they are great at what they do. Overall, you won’t be disappointed living at the Lenore!
I love living at The Lenore! I moved to The Lenore from an apartment just one block away and I could not have made a better decision. After a particularly stressful day at the my old building, I walked into the building unannounced and within a week, I had signed my lease with The Lenore. All of the management is so nice and maintenance orders are done timely and correctly. Having the dog park in the building is a lifesaver and the dog waste bags are always kept in stock. While the gym is small, I can get a quality workout with what is available and the machines are never down for maintenance. I am unfortunately moving out of Baltimore for educational reasons but if I was staying, I honestly couldn't imagine living anywhere else!
I lived at the Lenore in 2014/2015 during my internship at the Mercy Medical Center. I was walking around looking for apartments after searching online, and noticed this amazing building near the hospital. Thankfully I walked in and within 2 days, I moved in. Excellent location. I did not even need a car during my stay which saved me tons of money to use in a gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment. Breathtaking building and amazing apartments. Till this day, I have not found an apartment building to give me the same experience. They did have issues with heat in 2014/2015 which hopefully have been resolved by now, but that is the only reason I gave them 4 stars.
If you want to live in downtown Baltimore the Lenore is where you should be. It's a beautiful and historic building, almost brand-new and modern apartments, and nice amenities. The management is also extremely humble, friendly, helpful, and fast. I lived there my whole first year in Baltimore and have zero complaints about my experience with the building. Only thing that can be improved and promoted: the gym facility on the first floor.
My wife and I have lived at The Lenore since June of 2016 and have loved every minute of it! The Lenore itself is a beautifully maintained piece of history with staff that are always available to assist their tenants. At a great price, location and accommodations, The Lenore is the perfect place to call home!
During last two years I have moved in and out of couple of places and I can tell you that I have had the best experience with The Lenore. Brittnay is an amazing manager and other staff are very friendly helpful. They all go above and beyond their responsibilities to make us feel comfortable. The complex provides a family-feeling, has an unbeatable rent rate comparing to similar places in dowtown and is safe and clean. I have lived here for a few weeks so far and loved it.
I've been living at the Lenore going on 4 months now, and I have absolutely 0 complaints. From the staff, who are awesome on a daily basis, to how central the location is, to how peaceful and quiet it is at all times. I'm looking forward to signing on for another year when this lease is up.
The Lenore is a marvelous luxury apartment building that is located only a few blocks from the Inner Harbor and The Charm'tastic Mile. It's also close to historic Mt Vernon. The renovated building has great amenities and is close to all the main downtown restaurants, hotels and shops.
