"The Local Butcher is a full service butcher and deli, providing Denver residents with pasture raised, Colorado, choice and prime beef, aged a minimum of 21 days for tenderness and flavor. Additionally, we carry Colorado raised pork, lamb, and poultry, as well as a plethora of homemade sausages. Our deli will be happy to slice any amount of our deli meats turkey, ham, salami, prosciutto, etc., and cheeses, and help pick the best accompanying dry goods necessary for a killer meat and cheese board or deli sandwich."
