The Lodge at Shelbourne

I love the bartenders and servers esp Amanda and Crystal. The machines have a good payout ratio, doesn't let me get rich but it doesn't just take my money neither. Most of the staff are long term employees who are happy there. But the menu is severely lacking. Food is always good but it hasn't changed in years. They stopped doing daily specials and even took things off the menu like fried pickles which is one of the easiest things to make... I mean.. and they've never had pizza. Compared to places like PTs and Blue Diamond Saloon, if the food options were better, it'd be 6 stars.

Food and atmosphere on point. DeeDee gave excellent service. I could not have asked for a better first time experience. A+++

The service was outstanding! Our server was so patient with us and everything arrived on time. Prime Rib Fridays is a must.

The whole staff knows me and my family so well. They take good care of us.

My friends and I just had a great night celebrating our friend moving to the city. Mandy was super attentive and helpful even after we moved from a dinner table to a pool table. She checked in on us a lot and was really quick with bringing us drinks.

Anna was super rude, we stayed to ourselves and we were the only ones she was serving. I wouldn't come here again... I have better options. The chicken wings are good but Anna's service could definitely be evaluated. She definitely is one to profile and needs to work on her costumer service.

The food was amazing. The service was horrible. We waited almost an hour for our food. The server brought the food out 2 plates at a time and we were done by the time my son and his wife got their food. They weren't even busy. I dont know why it took so long. If the service matched the food it would have been perfect.

The service & atmosphere is excellent. We enjoyed the lodge so much & felt so relaxed. My mother & best friend love the feel & look of the logs. It's a warm & inviting place to enjoy. The food is okay. I had a sandwich which had toasted bread & bacon. The toasted bread was hard as the bacon was also. My best friend's meal was made incorrectly & was not seasoned at all. I do commend the bartender who also served as our waitress. She was kind, polite, friendly & accommodating. We plan to give it another chance & order different menu items. Hopefully it will be a better experience.

This is the best local bar! Awesome bar staff! Dave, Mickey, Amanda, Amy and Becky are incredible! Chevy is one of the best waitresses around. They changed the menu a bit, but are slowly bringing back some incredible dishes!!!! The chili is one of my favorites and if you’re craving a bit of spice....’try the Red Rock shrimp from the appetizer menu! Delicious! I highly recommend this place to all the locals!!!!!

Ordered garlic bread it was a very small order like they split one order between me and my brother He got the fingers and they were thin like a deck of cards. The waitress was great and did discount the order because of the fingers. The fries that came with my dip sandwich were like a half order. Sandwich was good again the waitress was great.
