The Mall at Barnes Crossing

We went to the Food Court a couple of times this weekend while in town for a soccer tournament. My son also visited Foot Locker. Nice selection of food - nothing upscale. There was plenty of seating and some of it had outlets for charging your phone. Felt completely safe even after 8 on a Friday night. There are lots of big box stores built around the outside of the mall. I thought that was a good strategy. I assume it was temporary, but there was several amusement/carnival rides outside that were very clean and inviting. Our hotel was nearby, so I did a walk around the mall early in the morning on Sunday. No traffic then so that was great. I took this picture while on the walk.

Great mall, on point with other malls in the area. They have little scooters with animal costumes on them that are pretty funny to watch people ride around on. Great selection of stores, with clean facilities and a decent amount of foot traffic. Food court has a lot of options. I recommend doing your shopping here, its worth the visit. My only complaint about this mall is there are not enough maps in easily noticeable locations. New visitors may have some issues getting around.

Nice size mall for a MS town. A lot of families go here on the weekends to shop, eat, and see a movie. The fair they have outside in the parking lot sometimes is pretty cool too!

Every store I went in satisfied me. All store associates were very nice especially Ms. Misty from Bath and Body Works she was so nice and helpful. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and asked if there's anything she could help me with... I said what's the newest fragrances u have and she showed me everything new even sprayed the perfume on a scent card way before I tried to do it myself!!!! A

Wonderful place to visit. I go there frequently. Ample parking and well maintained exterior. Plenty of shops for all ages. Lots of places to eat in the food court. Games for the kids. Always visible security walking around. Always clean. Some of the shops are a tad over priced but that's with all malls. The major stores located inside are Belks, Sears, JC Penny, Books a Million, and many more. I've always had pleasant experiences. Also a movie theatre located by the food court.
