I bought a pound of sashimi grade yellowfin tuna yesterday to make a ginger shoyu poke bowl. Not only was the customer service incredible, the fish was superb! I sliced the bloodline wafer thin and dipped it in soy sauce as an appetizer. Having eaten fresh ahi regularly in Hawaii for a couple years, my palette has become very selective, and this was by far, the best sashimi Ive had since moving to DC two years ago. You guys are the real deal!

Learned about this place recently dining at a friend's house. Found ourselves in the area and stopped in. Gator manager welcomed us with open arms. He is full of energy, passionate about the products, and even gave us a taste. Very knowledgeable guy and this place is worth a visit. We look forward to visiting again next time fish is on the menu!

Went in to get some sushi grade fish and the man there was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had no idea what I was doing. Will definitely return for my future fish monger needs

I HIGHLY recommend this place. They are open 7 days a week. I've never had any thing bad from them and their prices are on par with other fresh seafood places in the area. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. They don't keep a lot of seafood on display to preserve freshness, but I guarantee they have it. Try them!!

Service was great, clean, fast, the Manager was very Informative about what to look for in freshness for fish and other seafood and Smoked Chicken and ribs, that I purchased. I will be going back and plan on being a regular customer.

Risky. The two women behind the counter aren't covering their mouth and nose with a mask, wearing their mask over the chin instead. The woman at the register vigorously wiped her exposed nose on her finger before handling my food. I won't be going back to the Market, will try profish.com instead.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. The salmon candy is made in house and addictive! This is my go to place for fresh oysters.
