The Marquis Downtown Houston Lofts

Jennifer did a great job assisting us as soon as we arrived on the property. She greeted us with a smile and showed us where to park our truck in order to Move. She also was very impressed with our services that she asked for cards to pass out in case someone asks her about moving services. Our trip went through a basement and up some stairs. It wasn't too challenging a time loading. The neighbors and current residents were very friendly. It was quiet yet lively.

I have toured here twice and the staff in the leasing office is incredible. They are so patient and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions and they answered every single one of them. The building itself is VERY cool. I would love to live here, but right now there is not a floorplan that suits my needs. Don't let that discourage you though. I stalk the website every day waiting for one to become available. This place is worth a good look.

Just finished a tour with Gaston! He was so knowledgeable answered all my questions And gave me one of the best tour I've ever had. Make sure when you visit this place you asked for Gaston! Looking forward to signing a lease ASAP!

Gastón was amazing. Great vibe. Super knowledgeable. The lofts are awesome too. I loved touring this place. Hopefully I can call them my new home soon.

I am a previous resident of East End Lofts and am moving back to Houston so I came back to tour the building again- as I really enjoyed my time here. Gaston was an excellent agent and provided great information. I ultimately decided to lease with a different building to be closer to my job, but Gaston was a pleasure to work with. I recommend East End Lofts if you want a unique and industrial apartment- the units are unlike any building in Houston.

We really enjoyed our tour here. Gaston was an excellent tour guide and a pleasure to speak with. The building is absolutely gorgeous, and the units are one of a kind. We put in our application yesterday so we hope to be living here in the very near future!

I toured these apartments a few days ago with my husband, and we don’t have a single negative thing to say. The apartments were lovely, the amenities were great, and the staff Gaston gave us the tour was so helpful. I can’t wait to move in a few months!

The maintence crew has always taken great care in completing any request. Issues always exist at any building, but it’s hard to come across a team that is dedicated to the job, hard working, knowledgeable and honest. Also the office staff is super friendly and welcoming. Jennifer and her team take the time to know each individual in the building and are committed to listening and providing feasible solutions to problems : no wonder these are the first apartments that I actually resigned a lease!

Moving in process has been amazing! Thank you to the great property management team as well as the maintenance team!

Move in was pretty good, except my "clicker" still does not work on front and garage gates. I came in Thursday and Friday, both the manager and Gaston had to let me in, and it still did not work Saturday. Another staff member tried to help me Saturday, but still, not working. Looking forward to getting that part up and running, but everything else was great!
