The Meat Market Brooklyn

I drove to this store, based on the fact that it’s listing on Google said they were opened. NOT!! They’re rolling gates were shut to the ground. I’d wanted to offer them some unique costume jewelry pieces - as it was my intention to support my community. Well, not this time.

I went by this store at least four times during posted hours over a six day period and the store was never open. I even called once or twice and got no answer. I asked a nearby business owner if it was still in operation and was told yes, they were being nice...

This place is the literal hood, I cannot sugar coat this but to get there we walked past a basketball court with dudes yelling at us and each other and 7+ cops hanging around. Also they have 1 small rack of clothes for men.

got off two stops before my stop to check it out at 6:30 PM and they were closed. modify your hours! it’s such a huge inconvenience and i will not check out your store in the future. giving you 2 stars because i feel a little generous

I visited two times and they were CLOSED. I called the number listed and no one picked up. I'm not even sure if they're still at that location. I sent a message and STILL no response. I would really love to visit but don't know if they're still in business.
