Alexis, the owner, is FABULOUS. She is efficient, kind, helpful, honest, and speedy. She was prompt upon initial contact, followed up with me, and then presented 3 options for nannys that I could review. I was extremely nervous as a new mom but she was reassuring and made me feel extremely comfortable. I decided to pair with a young lady named Elizabeth and could not be happier. She is so helpful and my 9 month old lights up when she comes. We had 1 day our nanny had an emergency and Alexis jumped into action to find a replacement for the day. I could not be happier with the services I have received.
