The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts

I feel like I’m learning the Human condition in its most truthful form. Being brave enough to be vulnerable, strong enough to be sensitive and confident enough to listen to my partner. By being interested in what surrounds me (environment, circumstances, partner, etc.) I become interesting to watch. What a wonderful time and knowledge so far, and I’m still in my second semester. Grateful ♥️

I have only been here one semester and I've already have learned so much that I didn't know before. And I've been acting for almost 6 years and have been auditioning for camera work but I haven't gotten anything yet . And I have found the things that they told me that I did wrong for the auditions are the things They are teaching me currently and more.I found out the information I am being taught has already been improving me as an actor and helping me become what I need to become to make it in this business. It has really pushed me to work hard to be a better person and an actor. They have an amazing staff with currently working actors who our teachers! Which is very cool. What a better way to get an inside look from people who are already in the business and know what they are doing. Also everyone is very friendly and so far I'm loving it!! Cant wait to continue to learn more! But don't come to the school thinking this will make you a star. Just by going to a school. No you have to put in the work and effort to take the material that is very important for you to become an actor and apply it to your acting you can't slack you have to always do your best and really work!! show up to be BIG!
