My wife and I went mattress this weekend. With hopes to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. Our first stop. Original mattress!!! Since we were satisfied with the past purchase for our son bed. The employee Susan was amazingly personable, knowledgeable and professional, making our expeience and decision painless. Im Looking forward to a well rested sleep on the Orthopedic Euro Top mattress set.

My fiance and I visited the Original Mattress Company and had a wonderful experience purchasing our Latex mattress. Scott was our salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable and went as far as showing us the factory and how the mattresses were made. A small business owner myself, I take great pride in supporting businesses just like The Original Mattress Company manufacturing their products in the USA. We have had our mattress and pillows for about a week now and the unit is Awesome! Remember, over 1/3 of your life is spent on a mattress so the investment is small when you compare the price over years of comfort. Thank you Scott and The Original Mattress Company!
This is my 3rd mattress from Original Mattress 2 have been from this location. The mattresses are excellent quality. The showroom employees don't pressure you at all I don't even sure they work on commission. I have 2 from the orthopedic line and they are firm and they stand the test of time. Definitely recommend.
Our mattress shopping experience was first rate. Everyone we met was eager to help answer any and all questions we raised. The product recommended perfectly met our needs. Delivery was prompt and product is exactly what we expected. No problem recommending them at all.,
Do Not a buy a mattress from this place. The mattresses that are in the show room are not the same mattresses that you receive. We were supposed to have a mattress that was soft but firm and all we got was a very firm mattress. They do not take returns. And their exchange rate is that you have to exchange for a new mattress and then still pay a fee to do that. I would not recommend buying from here. At least Amazon has a better return and exchange policy for their mattresses.
I have been purchasing Original Mattress since 1998 and I truly love my mattress. We still have the original mattress my wife and I purchased in 1998. I purchased two signal sets for my daughters a few years ago. I will be purchasing another set for my son who is now moving up to a full size bed. I also like that a factory is in charlotte off of south Blvd. We were able to view the mattresses being manufactured. Local jobs+++ David
I went mattress shopping preparing to spend around 5000. For 1200 I purchased a mattress and springs that I am absolutely in love with. No pressure sales, great product. My only complaint is this mattress has made me late for work because I don’t want to get out of it!
Store manager was very helpful. Good mattresses built locally.
