The Outdoor Adventure Store

This place is AWESOME! I called in with a problem that needed to be addressed immediately in prep for a ride the next day. Catherine (?) said, the mechanic would be on at 10 am Saturday morning (the next day),I should bring it in then and he'd look at it right away. He was there when I got there, stopped what he was doing a looked at my bike. Part not in stock? No problem, he rummaged through a couple of bins and found a take off part. Fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and got me on the road. Then to top it off, when I offered to pay the bill, he "no charge"ed me! It's all about the customer service! This place has it going on!

Bike shop is perfectly located at the entrance of Highbridge State Park. Bikes are in excellent condition and very comfortable to ride. Really nice flat trail and the Outdoor Adventure Store was easy to reserve our bikes online, park our car in the free municipal lot, pickup the bikes, and go right out to the trail! Recommend reserving bikes for weekends and nice days.

Staff was very helpful & assisted to make certain our bikes fit properly & we understood their functionality. Over 15 miles of riding and no riding discomfort at all.

What a great experience this was. The reservation on line was easy. The bike pick up was flawless. The 5 mile ride to the bridge was easy and scenic, including the deer we encountered on our ride. Overall this was a 5 star experience for me and my daughter. Great Father/Daughter day!
