Ashley in the office told us at 4:30pm she would change the lock on our apartment TODAY because they did not have a key to get into our apartment for inspections. we have not changed our locks so there is no reason they wouldn’t have them. I am genuinely terrified they are going to lock me out of my home. when i went to speak to her about it and supposedly resolved the issue, she told me because she is the manager she can come in whenever she pleases at any time. which is illegal, there always has to be a minimum 48 hour written notice, which you would think the manager for an apartment complex would know. extremely unprofessional and clearly has a power trip because she got promoted after the previous manager left. this isn’t even the first issue we had. when we first moved in in June, the AC was broken and it took them SIX days to get it fixed. they also waited until after we signed the lease to tell us there wouldn’t be AC in our apartment. they would not reduce the rent even though it was clearly uninhabitable as it was June in Alabama with no AC. clearly no regard for law or renters rights because they don’t live here and feel they can do whatever they please. no response from corporate because they don’t care either. cannot stress enough to not live here.

Your manager should be ashamed of herself victim blaming the residents for break ins to their vehicles. Plus you are raising the rent and not providing legit security for your tentans. Talk about slumlord smh. I hope someone finds away to sue you guys. I wouldn't allow my dog to live there. I guess it doesn't matter since you guys don't live there.

Stay away from this place. I live here and I am looking for someplace else to live. All they do is lie to you. I recently had mice in my apartment, called them on Wednesday to report it and they told me I had to wait until Tuesday, didn’t concern them at all. Their agent now even put in the service request she promised she would. Once again in your response you tell lies. No one came to my apartment, was here all day. I was waiting on someone to come. When I called about the noise, I was lied to several times, just like I was lied to about pest control coming.

I'm been month to month for year a lot has prevented me from leaving because of life situation since pandemic family member pasting and so on. But last night I came home with a hallway full of water and this morning it still leaking maintenance wast able to resolve the problem so my hallway to may 2 bedroom and bathroom has a least 4 in of water and still coming down no way to get in touch with management second dealing with since I arrive back home yesterday evening this us not the first time water has leak in my apartment clothes shoes and furniture is being damaged from sitting in this water

The new staff is HORRIBLE on notifying the tenants on “ important “ things ! They will send letters & even txt messages but will almost NEVER answer the main phones ! There is a different person in the office every month that acts as if they are new & confused ! & we pay for trash BUT it BARELY gets picked up ! I love my apartment but the staff from when I moved in to now is a dramatic CHANGE !

When I first moved here, I seen a rat within 48 hours. It was a hole behind the toilet and that’s where the rat came from. Behind those walls are a bunch of rats. & the people in rent office suck especially the one that drives the challenger. She’s a rude retard simple as that. They put a late fee on my door because they claimed your rent is free for your birthday month that’s their so called move in special LIES LIES LIES

So shouts out to the New Management Team at The Park at Allow Apartments. OMG, it's so refreshing to see the work actually getting done, and finally someone answers the phone just about every time I had to call. This really excited me as I am looking forward to being a resident here for some time. Maybe we will actually get to use the pool this coming summer. I really appreciate all of your help and hard work to make these apartments be Blue Magna Status for real. Thanks #206

Their crooks! Mangament is a joke! I filled out an application;was approved. Gave 200.00 for admin so I was told. But b/c they gave false info on the website about what school is in their district I've decided not to move in. Haven't signed anything yet the property manager told me its nonrefundable which is listed nowhere on the site neither was I told this. But the property manager said its the law! Which is false info. Asked for corporate number was given wrong number Team doesn't communicate with each other. I know all this from filling out an application smh

I have lived in this apartments since Jan and it has been nothing but horrible. I live in the bottom apartment and all I can say is the people above me dont EVER sleep or sit down. You hear EVERYTHING from them going to the bathroom, the tv down to them sweeping the floor. The day we moved in we put in a maintance request. Sadly, we are still waiting for things to be fix. They recently changed owners and yet we are still waiting to see changes. They opened the pool but the hours do not stay open according to what they say. Please do not waste your money, time or experience living here. Nothing but horrible memories to come by.
