The Park at Callington

Worst apartment even RUN!!!!! Unreliable staff and maintenance people are just here for a dime. You can never get in touch with anyone, roaches, rats, termites. I floods and you have to wait days for anyone to do anything. Don’t waist your money make sure you know the laws to get out your lease I most definitely just did.

This place is horrible. My mom lives here and she has been telling them there is a rat that won’t leave, my brother finally found it after a month and threw it out after the rat than ate up the carpet in my second bedroom. There has been a leak for about two months and she kept calling the managers to tel them and nobody ever came through to fix it and now the leak turned into a puddle and collapsed and now my kitchen is full of water. No matter how many times you call, they will not come through and fix anything. No one should be living like this. I’m so sad my mom has to go through this.

The place is gorgeous the apartments are really really nice really really nice they come in a nice size marble countertops stainless steel appliances Nice size bathroom walk-in closet in the master bedroom hall closet as well it does have a patio the office staff is definitely amazing especially big shout out to my girl Ebony again I just say thank you so much you are truly a blessing and anger from God the only problem I would say is the dumpster sometimes but other then that it’s a really nice place to live off your looking for a place to call home…………. Also it is very quiet and everybody just stay to their self ! Also don’t listen to or go by what some other people are saying as far as the remarks about The Park Of Callington which is known now as ADONA APARTMENTS !

My son has and apartment in this complex. After a month, we realize that the refridgerator wasn't getting cold. He was putting his food in freezer. Once I contacted them after he could not get anyone, I was told give them a day or so. Here we are 3 months in and still not fixed. The bathroom sink is leaking. I have went to office over and over. My son has went over and over and we been calling. No one ever answer. This is pathenic. I really wish corporate will contact us. I do not recomend them to anyone.

There use to be 24/7 emergency maintenance service when I moved into may apartment. Now it is still listed as an amenity but actually it does not exist. There even is not a number listed maintenance or the office. I literally burned up this weekend due to my AC not working.

I am ecstatic to finally be moving out of this place. I could probably write a novel on all of the issues we have had to deal with. The biggest problem is the constant turnover in staff and their inability to follow up and communicate. It often took weeks to get my lease renewed or maintenance to follow up with me. They also have a huge trash problem and have begun adding dumpsters randomly throughout the parking lots. It's also incredibly unsafe with more than one murder scene and a recent shoot out that resulted in several cars with damage and a couple units with blown out windows. They do not hold any residents accountable and allow them to do as they please, creating safety concerns open fire grilling on patios and large/unfriendly dogs constantly being off leash. Thank god we are finally moving!!

I moved in this apartment in February of 2022 the apartments condition overall was decent but the staff members are the EPITOME Of LAZY never answer the phone even with emergencies. My AC went out 2 days ago I haven’t even been able to contact them let them know. My mailbox post is completely broken I’ve also brought this to their attention but to no avail I have to be inconvenienced by picking up my mail in the office. Not really sure the purpose of the so called staff but apparently it’s not to help the residents. If you don’t have the patience to deal with the lazy staff members don’t live here.

The property management and maintenance team is horrible and unfortunately lazy. I've been a resident for a few years and I regret it now due to they refuse to fix anything. I have no air since mid March, a partial broken ceiling that they just barely patched, broken dishwasher that been broke for a year, a broken solid wood folding door that almost fell on my 4 yr old, and black mold in my master bathroom possibly also in the vents that caused my 2 week old son to go to the NICU for a infection of the lining of the brain. PLEASE DON'T MOVE TO THE ADORA/THE PARK AT CALLINGTON!!!!!!
