The Parker

The team has been fantastic throughout. I was on a time crunch and they ensured that I had place to stay within at most 24 hours of my application. The Unit was looking great when we moved in and we love it! It’s been a couple of weeks, but the experience has been so far really up to my expectations.

We've lived at the Parker for 3+ years now and love the apartments themselves, the staff and crew, the location and the overall quality of life living here affords us. Close enough to DC yet far enough away. Pet friendly, well managed and clean! Highly recommend!

The Parker is awesome. Started in a one bedroom and just upgraded to a two bedroom with a balcony and couldn’t be happier. Great space, friendly staff and community, really can’t hear your neighbors, and the maintenance team is the best. Highly recommend.

Brock at four corner entertainment was a great time in the lobby and great conversation. Had a great time with other residents.

The Parker team went above and beyond helping me get an apartment while I was away on deployment with limited connectivity. The office, concierge, and amenities all provide excellent services. The complex is very clean and smells awesome. This is a great community with a lot of convenience and quality living solutions.
