Hello, I have been living at the Paseo for 2 years now and I absolutely love the energy throughout the community. I have also been experiencing some unforeseen circumstances that occurred earlier this year. The management team by the names of Shirlee and Carolyn assisted me with some great resources and direct linkage. These two office staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate my hardship. I love everything about where I live, the cleanliness the gym, and the pool are all great amenities that I utilize every chance I get. But overall I am extremely grateful for the management team lol as hard as I work they really make it worth it. I just love positive attitudes, it really makes life so much easier for those who are dealing with hardship. Ladies you have no idea how much stress you have taken off my plate. The journey that I’m on requires me to be transparent. Little do know, you guys both are apart of my healing journey. You reap what you sow in life and I pray that God showers both of you with abundant blessings .. Thank you,
If this place let me give zero stars, I would give negative stars. Not only is this a pricey place to live, their customer service is horrific. My car was towed even though my car was registered, and I am currently renting a three bedroom apartment for 3,200 a month, and in order to pay for that I have two jobs and one of my jobs requires me to have a vehicle that I drive. I asked their staff what would it take to get two parking spaces and they told me to show proof of both registrations. However, once I had both my registrations, this place forbid me to register two cars because I’m the only one on the lease and one person “can’t have two vehicles”, despite my effort to show them that both vehicles are registered solely to me, they refused to help me. So my cars will continue to be towed because I don’t have more than one parking spot. Unfortunately that places me in a burden and now I have to walk sometimes with my small babies in the cold to my parked car located at a local Starbucks. When I tried explaining the situation, the property manager saw my frustration and asked me to leave. I refused until we could try and find a solution and she then asked security to call the cops. At this point I was not fearful because I had not once insulted her or yelled at her and never would I ever threaten anyone. I was just crying and emotional because I wanted a solution to this problem. I would steer far away from ever raising a family in such a horrible place. Despite the luxury appeal, it’s not a place you would want to raise your love ones unless you have enough money to keep up with their changing regulations.
I've been living in this community for 3 years and from day one the service from the staff in the leasing office has been impeccable. The grounds are well kept and over 3yrs I've been fortunate enough to have only put in one maintenance order and the issue was resolved the same day. Any time I go into the office I am greeted with smiling faces and the girls Amber, Leilani, Sparkle, Carolyn and Shirlee promptly take care of my needs, when comes to ordering a new pool key, adding a parking space, updating and/or renewing my lease they have always gone above and beyond. This is the only community I've lived in where they try to keep their tenants involved, with food trucks, birthday clubs, Halloween contest and movie nights. It honestly feels like everyday is a vacation here with the resort style living and whenever I have guest over they are thoroughly impressed with the pool, cabanas and gym which sometimes I forget how lucky I am. This review has been way overdue, and when I do leave this place I will miss all the luxuries and especially the friendly hospitable staff here at the Paseos.
Me and my wife had a great experience to staff is so nice, professional and courtesy offer. Whatever information we need it it is a very beautiful place. We took a tour to view a model apartment at absolutely feel love. The whole tour was outstanding the gentleman that was taking us on a tour was very professional, very nice and very knowledgeable. Total asset to the property.
High population without the services. Trash constantly overflowing. Unable to maintain property. Dirty stairwells with food items, trash items, animal matter, and graffiti. Stairwells reek of cannabis. Elevators are dirty. Trash is left in hallways. Large furniture is left at trash chutes. Pools are over crowded in the summer. No one follows the gym rules as guys take off their shirts and many blast their own music. Dumbbells are missing. Shallow kitchen sinks. Small pantry and small closet space. Avoid and save yourself the disappointment. See photos Update: black mold in stairwell - they literally painted over it and trash in the roadway which was left after trash pick up day... note night photo. No one answers the phone when you call and if you leave a message, no one returns your call... has occurred 4x now.
I’ve lived here for over 2 years now and I honestly have to say all the girls in the office have been very helpful , from figuring stuff out with me on a personal level to making me feel cared for. All the efforts the ladies in the office have done for my family goes beyond the extra mile at times. From the leasing agents to senior personnel. Amber , Ashley, Sparkle are always a friendly face to count on. Janel, Carolyn and Shirley have made me feel like the Paseos is my home and community and these ladies have left a mark in my stay here, I will forever be grateful for their actions. Shout out to the professional team in the office. Officer Montalvo with security always greets you with a friendly smile and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe. Food trucks come by once in a while and the leasing office also plans events within the community which is very nice. Thank you Paseos !
My family and I have been here for a month now, so far so good. We are really happy, and I've noticed the residents are friendly and helpful. The community is quiet not alot of loud noise or music unless your by thr pool, which is OK because everyone is respectful of others. BIG THANKS to Amber, she is really helpful and patient, and will do her best to help you if you really want to make this your home. And Thank you to all the lady's working in the office.
We recently moved in this past month and love it so far. Amber from the front office made our transition into our new home really easy and was very responsive in emails. Beautiful complex and feel safe.
My family and I moved here last June and we are very happy with our experience here so far. This has been the best place we have ever lived. Move in can be tricky due to the fact the building are brand new you have to call to get certified gas technician out to turn it on. This depends solely on the Gas companies availability. So the stove heat and dryer took two weeks to get on in the meantime my family and I used the Showers I the Gym and make our meals in the microwave the grills and in my instapot. Now that we have been here for 7-8 months, we honestly enjoy all the amenities. Additionally the Management is exceptional!!! They are professional, kind and attentive. Even on the busiest days you can rest assured they are doing their best to keep the community clean and happy. Maintenance request are easily submitted through residents application where you can upload pictures and the urgency of your problem. Not that this place needs much maintenance due to the high quality of the apartments. Once submitted the maintenance only takes a day maybe two if you mark priority as low. Overall my family and I highly recommend making this your new home!
I've lived here for a few years and I've enjoyed it a lot. Amber Williams assisted me with showing me the apartment. Anytime I go into the leasing office she either helps me or points me in the right direction for anything that has to do with the apartment. Grateful she's there to help out.
