We lived here for a year and had an awesome experience. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone is respectful and friendly. Maya,the property manager, was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was always super helpful and accommodating, and was always there whenever we had any questions. The complex was always clean and kept up by a really nice landscaper. Our apartment was really cozy as well. We only moved out to be closer to work, and we would have definitely stayed longer if not for our jobs. Overall this was a very enjoyable apartment community and would definitely recommend for anyone who may be looking.

Loved living in Harris Place Apartments for more than 3 years. The manager, Maya Chaban was always very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable. The property was always kept clean and safe and they have a patrolling security during nights. Our apartment functioned perfectly fine and Rafael, in charge of maintenance was always so helpful and fixed things in a timely manner. I highly recommend living here.

Let's see they raise rent yearly 7% to 8% during a global pandemic, the managers have a high turnaround. They are quick to enforce policy and slow to fix repairs, will not compromise on any policy. They impound my car and I pay rent and they towed my out of my reserved parking spot, guest parking is not allowed of any kind, they impounded my girlfriend's car twice. If I could give less than one star that would be fair and all I listed are facts not opinions. If this helps you thank you for your time.

I would highly recommend Harris place apartments to call home. Excellent community manager, Maya Chaanan great place to live, quite clean and friendly people. Very attentive community manager that takes card of her property and tenant always available to serve and help everyone.

Complex is highly susceptible to theft. I've lived here a few years now and have had the converter stolen out of my car, had my car broken into, and one of my neighbors had his trailer stolen. Security/gates/staff don't do anything other than sit there purely for show. If I could leave I would have left a long time ago. If management sees this, please get your act together. Install more cameras at least. I've only ever counted like 3 cameras.

Very good apartment, the onsite manager Maya is very professional and caring. She takes good care of resident and overall the apartment is in good condition and renovated.

Great complex that is very safe and well maintained. Also the manager Maya has always gone out of her way to make living there the best it can be.

Our new manager Paula is awesome! Our complex has gotten some updates, she’s friendly, responds quickly and efficiently, and truly cares!
