The Pathfinder

My favorite Manhattan store. Started by a couple of locals, The Pathfinder (Alpine Shop) services Manhattan's bicycle and camping needs. Store sells a great selection of mountain and road cycles and is able to take care of all repair needs for a variety of wheeled (not motored) vehicles. Camping side holds the latest gear that is sure to keep you happy and motivated while out in the wilderness. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the management is way above par!

Mountain biker First time coming to this shop as I'm from out of town, needed tubeless sealant in both of my tires. Hayden got me hooked up super fast and pointed me in the direction of local riders and trails. Also for you college kids, this place has all of your "Fratagonia" gear. Come check this place out.

We got a bike there and was happy with the service... they even helped my son understand how to ride the bike properly.

We are lucky to have such a fun, active, and caring bunch for our cycling and outdoor living needs. Thank you! I've purchased my entry level road bike and now an upgraded carbon road bike and appreciate their expertise and support through all of my cycling years. Two thumbs way up!
