Friendly staff, fast, reasonable service!

Awful service.  I dropped a Stihl tiller off in late March.  I checked on it in early May and they told me they had forgotten about it and that it would be done in a week (the guy ahead of me had the same problem).  After another 5 weeks went by, I went in to get it.  It was still not done so I took it to another dealer.  Absolutely no remorse on their part.  This is not my first bad experience here.  Go to a different dealer.
