I recommend Ultra Modern West location to any pool or spa owner.  Leanne us top notch in customer service and with her experience has tips and tricks to offer to save the customer time and money for perfect water.  So far this season she has saved me over 200.00 and a week of time.

The team at UM are the best. Stand behind their products 100%. Had a couple problems with our spa (no fault of theirs), they bend over backwards and don't stop until you are fully satisfied, sales staff, management, and service folks alike, real professionals. I would recommend them without reservations, and they beat all prices.

I have a 20 X 40 in ground pool,  live in a small town surrounded by farm ground and gravel roads so have had an issue for years with cloudy water from dust. I purchased the new glass media for my filter and have ran it for a few weeks and my water is the clearest I have ever had. The glass media is more expensive but since you don’t have to replace it and it keeps my water clear I think it is worth the money.

Ultra Modern is great! Had an issue with our pump motor and the staff was very helpful. John has done a fantastic job handling our service issues and is a huge asset to the Ultra Modern team! Thanks for all your help! - B.
