The Peacock Inn

The restaurant is opening again soon, bar open on weekends but staff won't mind pouring you something to drink themselves at anytime. The place is newly renovated in all rooms. Immaculate, friendly, beautiful mansion in a historically wealthy town... The stay is on the expensive side but it includes all amenities for you that one can ask for as well as things to do in the area as far as nightlife. Would definitely recommend nights to stay here

Great luxury inn. We went for New Year’s Eve and it was a GREAT experience service was amazing our glasses were never empty wait staff was well organized and very professional. The food was worth every penny and more! Just a warning pace yourself! The portions are great but my stomach is small so I need a break! The rooms are amazing beautiful shower and the heated floors really add to that luxury feel! You will not be dissapointed with your stay here! After dinner, before the ball dropped, the hostess gave us two flutes of champagne. Very thoughtful best service I’ve ever had!

Had a one night stay here the day after valentine's day. It was amazing. Two words... heated tiles. In the bathroom! Really quaint room but was overall impressed by the comfort of it all.

Service and food were both excellent. ..only drawback was initial service was slow. Once it started it was fine.

We stayed overnight and it was very romantic. The bar atmosphere was very nice. We happened to hit it at happy hour so the drinks were reasonable. Will go back again
