Awesome place! The food was delicious. The staff was not extremely friendly but know exactly what they are doing and how to serve their clients. We were impressed with the open kitchen. The smoke quail’s eggs, the roasted beet salad and the pheasant dish were phenomenal. It’s a great experience in downtown Princeton.

Where to begin....When I heard the chef was a James Beard nominee, this place immediately went on my radar. We finally were able to get there this weekend and we were thrilled from start to finish. My husband booked a table right next to the open kitchen, altho because it is not too big every seat has a good view of the kitchen. The whole open dining room/kitchen concept makes it a theater as opposed to just a restaurant and with the chefs bringing the food to your table and describing what we were about to eat made it feel as if we were in their home. We did the chef's tasting menu and it was a festival of freshness. Every fish course tasted like it just came out of the ocean and every meat course was absolutely outstanding. The preparations were so creative and all I kept thinking was fresh, fresh, fresh. An exceptional team making an exceptional dining experience...now one of our favorites and hey Michelin guide...where are you?? This is one you missed

Excellent restaurant. Great food. A little pricey but worth it for the quality of the food. Excellent drink list as well.

We always have a wonderful dinner at Elements. The staff is so kind, drinks are delicious and the food is so creative and delicious. One of our favorite spots to celebrate special occasions and go on a nice Date night.

If you like to try many items that you most likely have never eaten then this is the place. We had a company dinner in the private dining area and it was amazing. Excellent service, quality, presentation and flavor. Each of many dishes were served to our entire party at the same time. The chef explained in detail each dish. Also, has an excellent wine selection.
