The Penthouses at Mid City Center

5 stars is insufficient to describe how great it has been to live here. It is a place we instantly felt at home. We rented for 4 years, moving out because a job took me to a new town. The units are massive, well insulated from noise, and the quality of the materials / appliances are excellent. The location is very convenient- plenty to eat and drink right outside your door and just a short stroll from City Park. The central location of Mid City makes it easy to get to any other neighborhood in town within 10-15 minutes. The community / neighbors are wonderful and the management is orders of magnitude better than anywhere else I have ever rented. The property manager and owners are genuine, kind, and incredibly caring people. You feel truly looked after and not like just another tenant or room number on a spreadsheet. I’ve accepted that anywhere else I move will feel like a downgrade after this experience. I’ll miss this place immensely and feel very lucky to have found it!

I have been living here for two months and couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. The unit is nearly new and was spotless when I moved in. The location is perfect for me, the neighbors are great, and the owner and manager have been super friendly and easy to work with.
