The Philadelphia Dentist

I was able to get a same-day emergency tooth extraction, and the staff and doctors there were extremely friendly and concerned about my tooth pain. The procedure was also relatively painless, with the exception of the part where they had to inject anesthesia into my gums. Aside from that, the procedure was relatively painless. Would definitely go again for any future tooth problems.

Was in terrible pain due to an abscessed tooth/needed a root canal, of course, during Christmas. : Every other emergency dentist was not open until Tuesday except Dr. Lee and his team. They were SO kind, helpful and did a phenomenal job. Went in at 945, and was leaving by 11:15am. By 4:00pm, I feel nearly 100% better than I did yesterday. Thank you all so much for getting me quickly into your schedule and still taking excellent care of your patients.

I had visits here on 12/29 and 12/30. I came in on the 29th to have a root canal. I was in severe pain and I needed it treated asap, couldn’t wait for my regular endodontist appointment as that takes days, and it had to be something same day, it was that bad. Well this office has very good hours, open weekends holidays, same day appointments. The staff was friendly to me even though I have anxiety due to horribly painful prior experience at a different dentist years ago. So I had the first part of my procedure completed on 12/29 and would return for the next step on a different day. I didn’t realize the root canal would be a multiple day appointment, but that’s okay. The doctor made sure that it was as pain free as possible, could barely even feel the needle, that was amazing. The doctor even called me later on in the afternoon to see how I was doing. Anyway, this morning I woke up in pain so I called them up, they got me right in, and I saw Dr Lee who was very kind and understanding, he made a few adjustments to my tooth which made it feel better, and changed up my pain meds and started me on antibiotics to attack from all sides. He explained everything he was going to do to make sure I was comfortable. Dr Lee was very reassuring and told me to call them back if I still had any issues in 24 hours even with the holiday coming up. There was literally no wait time. Drove from NJ to get an emergency tooth extraction done. Was up all night with raging pains all night till morning until I got to this dentist.Called then mmm 7:30am they got me in for 9:45! I couldn’t wait for my local dentist since pain was unbearable The staff was very pleasant everyone was super nice and welcoming. Dr. Lee Schriftman Was very nice and gentle with me . Walked me through the whole process! And was in no pain ! Very quick process! Will go back again if in a pinch ! Will recommend to others ! Thank you guys !

Went for all four wisdom teeth, yes they ended up taking them out but my gums are all cut up now with gashes like they didn’t take the right precautionary measures to watch my lips & gums from getting cut up , from pliers and tools they use . like the side of my lips are hurting more then my teeth . And it seemed and felt like the guy that was working / pulling my teeth out didn’t really care & he was such in a rush . As soon as he was done he left out the building. Speed racer I call him .

I needed an emergency extraction and was in massive pain . They got me in the same day and was in and out in 40 mins. Dr. Lee was great and all the girls up front were super nice . It's been about 16 hours now since my visit and I've had pretty much no pain even with stitches in.

went there for an emergency tooth extraction, and they literally got me in within an hour of them closing on a sunday when they knew i live an hour away. no wait when i got there and dr. schriftman was extremely kind and gentle, didn't even touch the tooth until everything was numb. he was fast and i spent maybe less than an hour there. not much pain after, and a week later everything is healing great! would definitely highly recommend this place.

Wow! Cannot believe I was just able to get an appointment on the night before Thanksgiving! Dr Ambriz, Dr Schriftman, and the hygienist team at The Philadelphia Dentist were all phenomenal. My husband had an infected wisdom tooth and was in excruciating pain. After a grueling 6 hour drive from Boston, we arrived to our destination and realized my husband’s pain was too much to bear overnight on the eve of Thanksgiving. I was able to call them at 4:30PM and was in the office by 5:30PM and his tooth was out by 7PM. Dr Ambriz carefully explained everything to my anxious husband, and Dr Schriftman was able to offer insight in a difficult numbing situation. We are so relieved to have his tooth out and be pain free. The staff went above and beyond by staying after 7 to finish things up on the night before Thanksgiving. We are so grateful and highly recommend The Philadelphia Dentist!

The last few days were troubling for me due to a tooth that was attempted to be pulled but I couldn’t stand the pain not pressure that I was experiencing. Then I came to Dr. Lee Schriftman at the Philadelphia Dentist and he was great!! I felt nothing and the tooth was literally gone in seconds…thanks again!

I had awful wisdom tooth pain, called and got a same day appointment. Dr. Lee was so sweet and his bedside manner was so uplifting. The tooth extraction took 10 minutes and I was in disbelief! I strongly encourage EVERYONE to go to this dentist office.
