Yes Dental

From start to finish the staff are exceptional. You’re greeted and asked what service you are there for. The wait time is speedy and the visit is over quickly. All of the dentist I have encountered have been knowledgeable, explain every option you have available, keep you as a parent in the loop of every step they take regarding their health. I appreciate this practice and all they do for my babies. I will be changing my dentist over to them as well! Thank you again!!

I was in the office for wisdom teeth attraction and a few more. The front desk was very nice on the phone leading up and when I arrived. The dental assistants were also very sweet.The doctor was very nice and explained everything answered my 20 questions w/o being bothered .My procedure was at 3 yeaterday and 24 hrs later I feel great with little to no pain!!!!! Thank u to the whole staff, for someone with so much anxiety when it comes to my teeth and also coming from someone who works as a medical assistant, I could be more pleased! Thank you ladies and the surgeon for a great experience

it’s a good office, nothing too fancy or with a lot of bells and whistles if you’re looking for that kind of thing but the entire team is nice, friendly and helpful. my first visit there was about an hour wait while i did all of my new patient on boarding but nothing as extreme as the comments made it seem. i expect to wait when i go anywhere new.. anything can happen so i always make extra time for these things, plus i’m not impatient when receiving care or service. anyway, i recently had all of my wisdom teeth removed here! it was such an easy experience i do not have any pain or memory from the actual procedure and everyone has taken such good care of me. i will definitely be back for future visits.

This was my first visit; the wait time was too long. I didn't get called into the room until an hour past my scheduled appointment. Once inside, I continued to wait for another 30 minutes before getting my x-ray done and having my teeth cleaned. Also, if you're looking for a fancy place, this will disappoint. However, all the staff I encountered were friendly. The dentist took her time in doing the cleaning despite the amount of people waiting. I appreciate the no rush. She explained to me patiently what my problems are and what procedure I may need in the future. Other than the wait time, the overall service was good.

Waited almost 2 hours to be called in from the waiting room, not an exception either since I've had to wait over an hour the last two times as well. When I made an appointment I made it clear that one of my fillings had fallen out and asked for it to be filled. Yet when I finally got called in and after the x-rays were taken, they informed me that I was scheduled for a cleaning+exam. It was indeed time for me to get a cleaning, but I had expected to get a filling instead. When I asked, they then replied it was not possible to get the filling done the day of. I understand that their schedule was too packed to squeeze in an additional filling but the fact of the matter is that when I made an appointment, I had made it for the filling. Then followed another 40 minutes as I waited for the cleaning that I had begrudgingly agreed to since I had waited so long already. I noticed that they were vastly understaffed for the amount of patients they had booked. This was a problem last time too and they must be aware of the staff shortage, hence it puzzles me why they would overbook patients time and time again. The actual staff working here are professional, and the receptionists welcoming as well. But there is a serious organizational issue as a whole, will not return again.

I had a great experience at Yes Dental for an emergency appointment. I was in excruciating pain and needed a tooth extraction. I walked in and was immediately put on the schedule and seen within an hr. Usually you would need a referral but they were willing to take me and ease my suffering. They’re very accommodating and welcoming. I will be making this my new dentist office.

On 9/8/2022 I had the best of service. My dentist paid close attention to detail and her assistant was very in tune with the directions provided to her. For a busy office I give them a round of applause. Thank you all including the manager for going above and beyond in service. J. Galvis

The waiting just to be called to the back was over an hour. Then over another hour waiting in room for dentist. I don’t know if they were having a bad day or if this is all the time since this was my first visit. They need a better appointment system. Was there for over 3 hours and only got xrays done!

The treatment is alright but the wait time is horrible. The typical wait time before the treatment might as well exceed 2 hoursnot kidding. If your appointment is at 12 they might not start treatment before 2pm! You better be prepared to spend at least 3 hours for a simple treatment such as cleaning or tooth extraction.

If I could give a zero to this doctor, I would give it. I did a deep dental cleaning, and a female doctor did it to me, I think she was the only doctor who worked there in that office. I don't want to mention her name. After weeks, my teeth turned yellow. I couldn’t believe what this doctor did to my teeth. I can’t smile because I don’t want nobody to see my teeth. All I want to say to this doctor that you should give time to your patients and listen to them, and don’t rush in your work You must concentrate in work. she works fast without focusing in her work cause there are other patients waiting for her . Honestly I do not advise anyone to go to this place.
