After our initial interview on 5/31/22. It was like she totally forgot about us until I called asking for an update & if they needed more info because I haven’t heard anything back. At this point she sent me a over 500 questions to fill out for him which took me a week to complete. It took another month from then to get an evaluation back she told me it would be back to me within 5 days from when I return the report. During this entire process the communication was very poor. One of the times I called to get an update I was placed on hold while the receptionist asked the dr for more info and then minutes later I was suddenly told the dr was actually on vacation and would get back to me in a week. Which she didn’t. I once again had to call & text her staff multiple times. On 8/11 I finally got his results back. The first few paragraphs of his evaluation report had multiple issues. She got a lot of info wrong like who my child lived with she said my mother lives in our home when she never has. I emailed her shortly after our initial consult that we were able to potty train him through the day and night but in the report she mentioned his disinterest in the toilet ect. She said she was going to reach out to my sons teacher to get a more complete report which she never did. She also details my sons relationships with family members incorrectly she combined info for his great grandmother and grandmother. For something that took so long to do there were a lot of mistakes. I do not feel like this dr is compassionate at all nor do I feel like she cares about her clients. I do believe his overall diagnosis is correct, my son is struggling with autism and it’s been very clear. But it was completely unacceptable to experience the lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and poor communication after spending $1400 and waiting over 2 months. Edited to add: after this review the dr reached out in an hour, the quickest response we ever got. When I requested referrals for my son she completely ignored me. It has been 3 weeks with no referral or email back. She also blamed the poor communication on changing receptionist. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable when dealing with special needs clients.

Let me start off by saying that if I could give zero stars I would. We contacted this office and paid $900 out of pocket because it has been really hard to find a doctor on our insurance to get this evaluation done. We were seen at this office on June 27th, 2022. On the day of the evaluation we spoke in the office in regards to my son, we were asked questions about his living situation and behaviors. Also we were informed that we would receive the report about 3 weeks later. Three weeks go by we call the office to get a status update. We are then told that there are some assessments that we will need to complete and that they would be emailed. This was never mentioned until this moment throughout the process. We received the assessments on July 21st, the email stated we had 30 days to complete. These assessments took hours to complete which we were not warned about. There were some 4 assessments to complete and some took over an hour. I feel some of the assessments didn’t even apply because some of the questions about behavior were things even a typical 2 yr old is not capable of. We called the office again for an update a few weeks later only to now be told that until the assessments were completed there would be no report. We turned the last one in on 8/20. We had multiple communications with the office until we finally received the report 9/15. After reviewing the report we have found a few discrepancies. The biggest one was the fact that he was graded one level at the visit then somehow that was not reflected on the report. He was graded with a higher severity then discussed. I sent the report back for review which the Dr agreed to correct and now our last email was on 10/4 and the Dr has stopped responding. We will be going somewhere else to get an appropriate evaluation. I feel like this was a scam.
