Horrible customer service. I part here every week and get my ticket validated upstairs. This week there was some kind of error and the attendant was not helpful and downright rude. When I asked his name he told me he would not give it to me so I took a picture of him. He then gave me the finger. This is him! Security guard sat right there in the background watching the whole thing. Who runs this garage?

Great place to park downtown. Very close to everything and if you're seeing a show at SAK Comedy Lab they validate the parking down to $4.

Very narrow parking spots especially those next to cement pillars. You can see several cars have scrapped those pillars as a result. They should make those parking spaces wider to avoid that issue. If you have scraped your car on a pillar in this lot please email me I have to ask you a question.

The drive up and down is terrifyingly tight. Great locations but I would rather walk a few blocks then squeeze my way to a level again.
