The Pointe at WYO

The Pointe is a fantastic place if you follow your lease and are respectful towards staff. The staff have been nothing but understanding in everything I've had happen during my time here. If you had an issue with the apartment, a simple call to the office will get you on a list to fix it and if you are having roommate issues, they are so willing to work with you. For the price, the atmosphere, and all that is included is really hard to beat. I took the shuttle everyday and it saved me so much money simply in travel. They try to make it a fun environment and it's a fantastic place especially for college students who are looking at moving into their first apartment or for those who would like to continue being in a college atmosphere. Each building has its own 'feel' and they try to make sure that you are where you want to be! I have had no issues with the management and staff, they have been super helpful in many aspects! I would highly suggest living here if you are interested!

I’ve lived here for years and the staff has been amazing! They do a lot for their residents and are always trying to find ways to improve. Tiffany and Taylor are AMAZING!!

I've lived at the Pointe since 2015 and I've been very pleased with how the property has been ran ever since Tiffany became manager. She and her employees will go out of their way to assist residents and have done a great job of having events to get the residents involved. The employees at the Pointe care about doing their job well and making sure those who live there are happy. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Worst living experience of my college career. Don’t live here! I moved here from out of town when I transferred so I didn’t know the Pointe’s reputation at UW. After signing my lease, I found out this place is a joke and everyone at UW and in Laramie knows it. It’s disgusting, falling apart, poorly run, and extremely unprofessional. Just look at the reviews! Worst mistake ever.

Compared to what anyone else says, I really like living here. The shuttle takes me to and from class and the apartments are in really good shape. I get my own room and bathroom and they did a good job pairing me with my roommates. It is just like any other apartment except they try to get to know people and they do activities to help do that!
