The Quarters at Laramie

I have lived at The Quarters for almost a year, and I have been more than satisfied with my experience. This location is hands down the nicest, most affordable place to live in Laramie. The staff is always so nice and helpful whenever I need assistance with anything. 10/10 recommend.

I have lived here for about a year and the newly renovated apartments are really nice and so are the renovated amenities! Before the Quarters it was Campus Habitat and they had a really bad reputation for fixing stuff that you put a work order on and the apartments were crappy but now under new management it is so nice! They really stay on top of fixing issues in your apartment and getting back with you. I really love the manager Jen, I will even visit her for a chat, super friendly! If you have any concerns it is so nice to know that Jen is listening and wants to help! Also, Hunter at the office is just as helpful so if you don’t see Jen, Hunter is just as hard working and detonates to help out! Honestly if anyone has had a horrible complaint about the new apartments it’s because Jen can’t fulfill a obviously ridiculous request like them being able to live in 2 rooms who they only pay for one (we all know those people).

A great place to live. Every time I need help with my apartment or any issues my roommates may be having, they always get the job done right and fast. Very positive atmosphere and very kind employees. I will be living here for my rest of my time at college cause of the great service and affordable housing.

I've been living here since Fall 2017, the first year i had some troubles but ever since the new management took over things have definitely gotten better. The new renovations have given the complex a huge face lift. Jen and Hunter do a great job in regards to leasing and just everyday questions that need to be answered. Brandon and Alex have really helped with the up keep of the apartments, without them this review would be very different. The place is what you want as a college kid, not to expensive and it has all you need. They come with TVs.

The new renovations are nice, the staff really try their best to accommodate everyone and they are very understanding. The renovations that they are doing to the clubhouse as well as the apartments were needed and are really nice. And personally i have switched roommates twice and havent had any people who caused me any issues at all when i moved for renovations.
