The Preserve

The preserve apartments has been my home for many years. It’s a really great place to raise a family. The staff is very friendly. Those ladies in the office are always ready to help no matter what the situation is. The cleanup crew keeps the building well maintain. Last but not lease the maintenance guys show up and get the job done always! Living here has been a great pleasure for me and my family!

The Preserve is a Amazing place to live.I have been living here for a few years which says a lot.They have great amenities wonderful floor plans and did I mention a spacious garage.They are located right off the interstate close to many restaurants, shopping centers, schools and etc…. The best apartment you’ll find in the surrounding area.The environment within the community is quiet,well kept and safe.Let’s get to one of your questions on how is the maintenance here. Well may I say they always addresses any issues I may have quickly. Hector the lead maintenance is very professional and police and always explain to me what’s going on. They have a awesome cleaning team that always clean the building every morning may I say they are very polite. And last but not least the management team they are awesome, very welcoming, Helpful, and always shows hospitality when entering the office. If you are looking for a great place to stay is is it. Such a great place to live! The apartments are nice, well-kept, and clean with wonderful amenities. Maintenance always responds to service requests quickly, too. Stacy in the leasing office always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and right at home at The Preserve, and she made my move-in process go incredibly smoothly when I moved in a few years back. She's the best staff member I've met at any place I've ever lived!

I've had a great experience living at the Preserve. The area is safe and location is convenient and close to downtown, uptown, and plenty of restaurants. Maintenance is very responsive and usually quick to fix any repairs that may need to be done. Stacy in the leasing office is also easy to reach. The apartments are well-kept and extremely spacious. Overall, I'm happy that I chose to live here!

I found the Preserve at such a critical time when I needed a safe clean comfortable place to call home. The Preserve NOLA is that and so much more. My neighbors are friendly. The maintenance staff works so diligently to keep the property clean and looking beautiful. The office staff is sweet and kind to the residents. They are always friendly and helpful. I love my home yes my home, this is more than an apartment complex. It’s the place I proudly call home.

I had to move to New Orleans on very short notice in the summer of 2020 while a lot of places were only operating virtually. I was very fortunate to stumble across The Preserve, as Stacey responded very quickly to my inquiries about the apartments. Since then, I have found Stacey and the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would definitely recommend The Preserve to anyone who wishes to live in the Mid City area. It's proximity to the interstate as well as Xavier University and various other businesses and shopping centers makes it a very convenient place to live. The building itself also has nice amenities, so you get some bang for your buck considering the location.

The Staff is wonderful each and every one including the overnight emergency Support Staff goes above and beyond to help in any with your every need and to make you feel like it’s a family community. They make sure to know all residents and your pets. Thankful to Ms Stacey with the help she offered in the computer room when my Kid was doing school assignments. Ms Tammy with the time and patience when renewing the lease. The hard work Mr Hector and Support Crew that assist with getting the apartments back together after the damage from the hurricane, and especially my deepest gratitude to Ms DeShone for the care she offered as I am a person with some disabilities, she did her best to guild my family with options, safety, regular updates when my apartment was under construction, and I truly appreciate all the Special Events the Owners Offer the Residents. Just a pleasant Staff of Hard Working People. Very Pleasant Neighbors and A Very Comfortable Way of Living.Highly Recommended.

I have lived in The Preserve since Sept 2019. I love everything about this property. The apartments are extremely spacious with updated appliances & beautiful hardwood floors. My favorite parts are the indoor parking garage & the elevators because I’m not trying to get wet in the rain & your girl doesn’t like stairs lol!! They have an awesomely amazing leasing staff, quick & efficient maintenance team, fun events for residents & so much more! I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I Have been staying at the preserve for almost 3 years the Entire complex is a safe environment to live at. The staff and Mangers located in office is also very helpful and understanding. The maintenance men on site doesn’t take long at all to fill orders as well. the security of the complex always walking through the day and night the apartments complex is well kept always smelling fresh and clean. I will highly recommend The Preserve Nola to be a nice place to stay to anyone who may be looking for a safe friendly and clean environment to stay

I love living at The Preserve Nola! I have lived here over 7 years and can’t say enough positive things about this place. The Leasing Team and Maintenance are beyond helpful, wonderful communication, and listen to all of your needs. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hrs, GREAT location and amenities pool, washer and dryer, computer room, gym, dog park, covered garage parking, and snack machine! I would recommend anyone looking to move here to do so!
