Sophia was great. My first bikini wax ever so I was nervous but she took away the nerves. Walked me through the process, was easy to talk to. She discussed the importance of aftercare and regular waxing to get the results I want.

Pretty Kitty uses wax along with a cloth to pull aka YANK hair from your delicate area. If you 'try' to compare Pretty Kitty to European Wax Center...you can't. European Wax Centers product choice and care are superb!

Love this place clean and professional. I have been going here for a couple of months and always have a great experience. They are very friendly as well

First of all, I never write reviews, but I just had to now so I can rave about this place! This place is incredible! I have very, very sensitive skin down there and am very prone to ingrown hair and rashes and this is the first time I have not experienced ANY of that with a wax! I had been going to European Wax Center until I realized how over priced they were considering that don't even do a good job. This place was not necessarily cheap, but it was totally worth it! ($35 for a full bikini). My consultant, Sharmayne, made me feel very comfortable and it wasn't even that painful! I couldn't believe it. She also took the time to actually rid the whole area of hair, unlike other waxers who just want the appointment to be in -and - out, asap. I got home and I was shocked when I didn't see any red, itchy, burning bumps, and all the hair actually removed! They used grapeseed and tea tree oil to treat the area after the wax, and when I got home I put on some of my oils as well (rose hip and tamanu). I can't stop walking around in my underwear because my skin looks so good. I have found my go-to waxing salon and I am so excited! (clearly) :)
