Never ever, awful customer service, booked and appointment and was 3mins late. I understand they have 5mins policy and I called and told her I am right outside and I will be there in a min, reception told me sorry you have to reschedule. I repeated several times I am right outside parks just gonna walk to the salon will be a min, she said sorry can’t accommodate even a min. who does this? I drove 30mins to this place and they can’t even accommodate a min .... WORST attitude I am only giving 1 Star because I have to to be able to write a review or they don’t deserve it.

Worst wax place I ever been to. The place was clean and nice but the receptionist and technician were rude, ghetto and unfriendly. The technician made me feel very uncomfortable, she did not talk the entire time besides saying "hello, how are you?". The worst part was the waxing, I was in so much pain, she used large sections to wax and no she did not used anything to make it feel less painful. I saw the promotion on Groupon and made the purchase. However, I did not read the reviews before purchasing (Bad idea). After the experience, I went on Google and mostly read negative comments from people that purchased the deal from Groupon. I truly believe that they treated me like that because I had a Groupon purchase. Never going back to that place. I will stick with European Wax Center (Hands down!)

I got a Brazilian wax before and was okay with it. The young lady was very nice and attentive. But today I went to get eyebrows and lip done... this experience was blah. The young lady was nice to talk to but I'm not there for conversation, she just slapped wax on me and then applied soothing oil. No trimming of the eye brows or anything. It was not worth $30. I could've just went to the nail salon down the street for that. I would've gotten the same service for 11 bucks. Im glad I finished my gift card. I won't be wasting a trip there again. There's no difference in experience than the least expensive salons.

This was my first time doing a brazilian wax. I was beyond scard & Jocelyn made the experience great. It was done quickly and the results were amazing!
