Exceptional service! My first time getting a Brazilian wax at this location. Lilly is wonderful. Very personable and made me feel comfortable. Very happy with my experience here. Highly recommend!

When I got home I was able to see clearly the Brazilian wax job I got . The most important part that needed to be wax was not done!! Sloppy job I will give this place another chance but with another person since I live so close by.

It was my very first time being professionally waxed. Front desk rep Jailene was super nice and answered all my questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Jessica V for getting anything waxed! She was super informative, attentive, and gave exceptional service. Definitely coming back.

I would highly recommend this location, fyi -it's the only one I went to. After a terrible waxing experience in a well known NYC waxing spa 10 years I haven't been back to get waxed again, just did it at home myself. Well I finally decided to try again, and I'm sure glad I did. I have sensitive skin and find waxing to be painful. I saw Amanda, she was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. It really did not hurt, which I was shocked at. The results were great, almost 3 weeks later I'm still hair free, my hair grows slowly. I would highly recommend Amanda and the Edgewater location. They have lots of products and they go over them at your first appt. I didn't want any products and there was no hard sell after I said no thank you. Amanda did provide free samples. I will definitely be back, no more at home waxing for me.
