Shashi Is awesome!!! She does my lashes and eyebrows. I can be a bit sensitive when it comes to pain but while she is threading my eyebrows nothing! She have the softest hands. My lashes always come out awesome as well! Feel and look 100 percent natural. Shashi Is highly recommend!

So excited to finally have come here. Their technician Marina was very patient with all of my questions and took really good care of my tattoos so they’d be covered and out of the way. So excited to have a few sessions on me and start shedding some of this hair!

The receptionist Lola was personable and accommodating. I really enjoyed Shashi, the eyelash technician, and she was thorough. Amazing brow threading! I did experience some issues within less than 24 hours as several eyelashes came out and it could be that I have difficult lashes. Customer service was superb and scheduled me to come in asap to get this fixed.

I had my eyelashes done on March 12 needless to say on March 13th my eye was red and itchy, While I was doing my eyelashes I informed the technician that my eye was burning, it didn't feel normal to me. I have had these eyelash extension done before and never had an issue. I personally thought that maybe I had bad luck and got pink eye right after my extension but I did call the place and the owner did offer to remove them I must give her that credit. I did decide to keep them on thinking the issue would resolved after medication but it didn't it actually got worse I ended up in emergency after removing them and the doctor confirmed that the infection was due to the lashes. My eyes looked like someone punched me in my face. I missed 5 days of work, not a great thing. Needless to say lesson learned never again in this place. I rather spend the money in a place that is worth it! I did buy a groupon for this experience just to try them out. Never again!! my eyes are worth spending the right amount of money.
