I always stopped here on my way from California to Seattle, even planned the timing of my drive to be in Albany during business hours. Until now Feb 2020. They have closed the store and are now only selling online. Bummer. No substitute for being able to touch the fabric, hold thread in front of fabric for a visual match, ask questions. The place had a vibe that online shopping can't provide. I understand that they did this out of business necessity, but still.
I love this store! Beyond reasonable prices and super fantastic customer service! The gals there are fantastically helpful! I prefer to shop here rather than Joann fabrics or hobby lobby especially for notions!
Ordered some patterns from here Never been to the brick and mortar store. The shipping was reasonable, the ordering was easy, and the items arrived quickly. Will definitely be dealing with them again!
This company took my money and never gave me the order. I have emailed them over 20 times, phoned them, contacted on facebook, instagram and twitter and they are ignoring all messages.
